About the Role

Stellar Group is seeking a qualified Training Supervisor to develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with company objectives and employee development needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training plans based on company business objectives and employee development needs
• Design and deliver various training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement training, and leadership development initiatives
• Communicate regularly with departments across the organization to identify, analyze, and prioritize training needs
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to candidates with background in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training management, supervision, or related role
• Strong knowledge of training processes and methodologies with demonstrated ability in course design, evaluation, and implementation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a collaborative team approach
• Proficiency in office software and training-related software platforms
