Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, organized, and creative individual to manage daily operations, coordinate training activities, and create engaging social media content. The ideal candidate will balance administrative coordination with creative storytelling that reflects healthcare expertise and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, clients, and vendors
• Support and manage the consult team on non-content days
• Handle student or client onboarding, documentation, and feedback
• Create and post engaging social media content (reels, captions, short videos) twice a week
• Support marketing efforts and track engagement performance
• Maintain smooth communication and follow-up with clients and partners

Requirements

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Active knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Creativity and attention to detail in content development
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about growth and innovation

Compensation
