About the Role
Resort Consult Limited seeks a proactive and highly organized professional with a strong interest in talent development, human resources, office administration, and professional development. You will support the training and administrative functions of a leading management and financial consultancy firm based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Objective
The Training and Administration Officer will provide essential support to the Head of Business Development and Training by coordinating training logistics and managing day-to-day administrative operations. This role ensures the smooth delivery of training programs for both internal staff and external clients while maintaining an efficient office environment aligned with the firm's commitment to excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate training logistics including venue booking, material preparation, and equipment setup for both instructor-led and open courses
- Manage front-office operations, handle correspondence, and maintain comprehensive filing systems for client and institutional records
- Act as primary point of contact for training participants, managing registrations, attendance records, and certificate issuance for programs such as CIBN MCP and ACIB exams
- Assist in drafting proposals, preparing training reports, and maintaining performance metrics for business development activities
- Monitor office supplies and ensure availability of training manuals and resources for management, finance, and sustainability modules
- Support communication with key stakeholders, including professional bodies such as CIBN, CBN, and Lagos State Government
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Economics, or related discipline
