About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Quality Support Officer to support quality checks and warehouse operations in our cocoa beans and cashew nuts facility. This entry-level position is ideal for someone interested in food quality, agriculture, or supply chain management who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sampling, grading, and inspecting cocoa beans
• Support daily quality control tasks and maintain accurate records
• Monitor storage conditions, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards
• Help ensure compliance with food safety guidelines (GMP, HACCP)
• Work closely with quality and warehouse teams to resolve issues
• Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to food safety standards

What We're Looking For

• ND holder, SIWES participant, internship experience, or sound high school graduate
• Course or qualification in food science, agriculture, or laboratory technology (preferred)
• Previous exposure to cocoa and cashew processing (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and basic numeracy
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, and appropriate use of PPE)
