Trainee Engineer / Technicians

Position Overview

Robert Johnson Nigeria is a leading group in Banking Automation, Marketing, and Maintenance services. We are seeking highly experienced, professional, and competent candidates for our Trainee Engineer/Technician program.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete all tasks assigned by the Supervisor and provide assistance wherever possible
• Observe existing strategies and techniques, offering suggestions for improvement
• Conduct research and collate data
• Observe health and safety guidelines at all times
• Attend meetings and workshops
• Submit to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship
• Travel to different sites and gain practical experience in new work zones
• Work closely with staff to foster professional values and build strong relationships
• Compile reports and deliver presentations to staff members and other stakeholders

Requirements

• HND in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, OND, or NCE Technical qualification from a recognized institution
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work anywhere in the country
• Good observation skills and a willingness to learn
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good communication skills
• Forward-thinking approach with the ability to adapt to new challenges
