About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a skilled Tiler to join Eko Maintenance Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Assess surfaces intended for tiling to determine necessary preparations for optimal adhesion
• Perform thorough surface preparation tasks, including cleaning and priming, to ensure longevity
• Skilfully install tiles following a detailed tiling plan, including precise cutting and fitting as required
• Apply grout meticulously to fill gaps between tiles and achieve a seamless appearance
• Execute finishing touches and masonry tasks as necessary to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal
• Maintain clear communication, honesty, responsibility, and collaboration with team members while demonstrating situational awareness on all tasks

Requirements

• Hold a Trade Test qualification or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in tile installation
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing surfaces, conducting thorough preparation work, and applying grout for a polished finish
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with dedication to maintaining cleanliness and organization on the job site
