About the Role

Amy Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Ticketing & Reservations Supervisor to join a reputable travel agency in Ikoyi, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in airline ticketing, BSP payments, reservations, and travel packages, with strong supervisory skills to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise ticketing and reservation operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Handle BSP payments and reconciliation
• Issue, reissue, refund, and revalidate airline tickets efficiently
• Manage and coordinate travel packages and related bookings
• Ensure compliance with airline and regulatory procedures
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, refunds, and ticketing transactions
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff in ticketing operations
• Monitor and report team performance and operational KPIs
• Ensure excellent customer service and quick resolution of client inquiries

Required Knowledge, Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, and other GDS systems
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, and BSP regulations
• Excellent supervisory, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume bookings and operational challenges
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in airline ticketing and reservations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to handle BSP payments and travel operations efficiently
• Must reside within close proximity to Ikoyi, Lagos
