Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team to deliver results
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and payment collections
  • Track competitor activities and provide market insights
  • Collaborate with other departments to support sales goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG (water and beverages preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
