Position Overview

Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH) seeks a dedicated Tender & Commercial Officer for our Lagos office. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring direct engagement with the company's operations and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing tender submissions, preparing commercial documents, and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate project requirements. Day-to-day activities include:

• Negotiating terms and handling commercial transactions
• Supporting customer interactions and facilitating communication between clients and stakeholders
• Preparing and submitting tenders in compliance with requirements
• Managing commercial documentation and processes

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage tender submissions
• Prepare commercial documents and contracts
• Coordinate project requirements with internal teams
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients and vendors
• Support customer interactions and relationship management
• Facilitate communication between clients and stakeholders
• Provide training support for internal teams and clients when required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Sciences
• Proficiency in commercial operations and sales activities
• Experience with customer service processes and client satisfaction management
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to manage effective interactions with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Ability to facilitate training for internal teams or clients
• Familiarity with the technical engineering industry or related sectors (advantageous)
