Job Summary
The Telesales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on converting leads into sales, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Success in this position is measured by the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and accurately document all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert leads into sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years' telesales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to manage difficult or high-profile clients with confidence
- Goal-oriented mindset and comfort working in a target-driven environment
