An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary
  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking order from the company's website and makingoutbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
