Tele-Verification Officer (TVO) at Ascentech Services Limited

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tele-Verification Officer to validate client information and KYC documents as part of the credit evaluation process. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional on calls, and able to manage high verification volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based verification with clients, guarantors, employers, and references
• Review and validate KYC documents
• Detect discrepancies, red flags, or potential fraud
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with credit, KYC, and AML guidelines
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in tele-verification, call centres, KYC processing, or credit administration
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Knowledge of KYC/AML processes (advantageous)

Compensation

N250,000 Gross Monthly + Commissions/Incentives
