About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to provide technical support across installation, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems. You will work with customers and internal teams to deliver quality service and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, inspect, analyze, and repair electrical doors, gates motors, and access control systems
• Source replacement parts and conduct equipment servicing for residential and commercial applications
• Run diagnostic tests and interpret results to make effective recommendations
• Meet with customers to conduct site surveys using appropriate documentation
• Demonstrate product features and functionality to clients
• Resolve technical and mechanical issues on-site when required
• Liaise professionally with the Installation Service Manager, colleagues, clients, and external professionals
• Respond to emergency call-outs as needed
• Prepare technical reports, safety documentation, and preventative maintenance plans
