About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support for access control systems, working with both installations and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and configuration of access control systems, including hardware setup, software integration, and network configuration
• Collaborate with clients to customize access control settings suitable to their needs
• Test installed systems to ensure functionality and performance meet established standards
• Perform routine maintenance on access control systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems by applying technical expertise
• Provide on-site support for installations, configurations, and repairs

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience with access control systems
• Knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting access control hardware and software
• Understanding of networking concepts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Location Requirements

Must reside in Ibadan, Nigeria.
