## Title: Technical Sales Personnel

Role Overview

Drive business growth by combining deep technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to promote, demonstrate, and sell a complete range of power products that meet customer needs and business targets. Understand customer requirements across all segments—retailers, end users, and corporate customers—to provide tailored solutions. Support the entire sales process from initial contact through post-sale support while ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting business relationships.

The Technical Sales Personnel must develop and continuously deepen product knowledge, assisting customers in designing or selecting appropriate solutions through professional engagement across all company communication channels, including the Service Centre, social media platforms, and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives across the country
  • Engage with customers, including digital operators and others, to understand their needs and propose the organization's products and onboarding activities
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
  • Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely deal closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams for pre-sales support, product design and development, and after-sales support
  • Conduct customer surveys, collate data, and recommend solutions based on insights obtained
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline reports
  • Stay up to date with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings and activities
  • Provide customer feedback to management for product and process improvements

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of national monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates
