## Title: Technical Sales Manager – Wireline Services
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, sales performance, and customer satisfaction across our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives for Wireline services
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth
- Ensure adherence to company QHSE standards
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in technical sales or operations in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on Wireline services
- Proven track record in generating new business, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets
- MBA or relevant sales certification is a plus
Skills and Competencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer applications, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment
