About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing technical support for our hygiene and hospitality product line across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Cormart hygiene and hospitality products to new and existing customers
- Develop business development strategies to capture new customers and identify business opportunities
- Achieve sales budgets and targets for hygiene and hospitality products across assigned regions
- Follow up on purchase orders from customers to ensure timely completion
- Monitor on-time delivery of ordered materials and resolve any delivery issues
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities of team members across regions
- Collect payments for products supplied in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Coordinate regularly with customers to provide samples and technical assistance as needed
- Provide market information and insights on a regular basis
- Deliver technical support to customers to ensure product satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 4–6 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, or leisure services)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and customer service standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
