## Title: Technical Sales Manager

About the Role

The Technical Sales Manager will bridge the gap between sales, product, and technology. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling recruitment solutions to HR teams, recruiters, and enterprise clients, while providing technical expertise during the sales cycle. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are translated into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead qualification, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to client hiring needs
  • Translate customer requirements into technical and functional solutions
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation during sales cycles
  • Act as the technical point of contact during pre-sales engagements
  • Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams
  • Work with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams
  • Stay up to date with HR tech trends, ATS systems, AI recruitment tools, and competitor offerings
  • Support pricing strategy, sales playbooks, and go-to-market initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, HR, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably HR tech or recruitment software
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS platforms, and hiring processes
  • Proven experience selling technical or software solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
