Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Take complete end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from initial concept through successful launch and iteration
• Drive product strategy and roadmap execution with unwavering commitment to quality and timeline adherence
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards before release to production
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage dependencies and resolve blockers across multiple teams and departments
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency and accountability

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms
• Provide regular, detailed progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead product meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives with clear agendas and outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions
