An established company is recruiting for the following position. ob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Planning Lead to drive long-term and short-term planning excellence across our operations.

The role leads the development of annual business plans, medium-term integrated activity plans (1/3/5-year horizons), and monthly 90-day delivery plans.

You will optimise resource use, improve operational readiness, integrate technical and non-technical functions, and strengthen performance reporting.

This role is pivotal to ensuring safe, efficient, and top-quartile operational performance across the Group.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring 13+ years of technical planning, scheduling, and operations experience within the oil and gas sector, strong leadership capability, and deep expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
