Position Overview

An established company is recruiting for a Technical Manager to oversee equipment maintenance operations and ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Mowe, Ogun, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of equipment maintenance requirements
• Coordinate and understand design requirements of all equipment
• Ensure compliance with proactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules set by management and OEM
• Manage main and auxiliary equipment maintenance operations
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance schedules in accordance with management and OEM guidelines
• Maintain adherence to maintenance budget allocations
• Report and document maintenance-related issues and resolutions

Key Requirements

• B.Eng Degree or HND qualification
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dynamic, goal-oriented professional with strong problem-solving capabilities

Compensation

N700,000 – N900,000 per month (Gross Salary)
