Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Director to lead technical operations, research and development, and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with GMP regulations, NAFDAC, PCN, and relevant safety standards while bridging business strategy with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical operations and manufacturing processes
Oversee research and development initiatives and product development/validation
Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, NAFDAC, PCN, and safety standards
Manage production technology and systems
Oversee quality assurance systems and protocols
Mentor and develop technical teams
Align technical execution with overall business strategy

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field
Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience
Maximum age: 50 years
