Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Assistant with strong financial analysis skills to support our leadership, operations, and talent teams.

This role blends technical, operational, and analytical support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and data-driven decisions are made. The ideal candidate is versatile — comfortable with numbers, technology, and people — and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Support

• Assist the operations team in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects
• Support day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflows across departments
• Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal dashboards to track efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure timely execution of deliverables

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Build financial models, perform cost-benefit analysis, and support budget management
• Track and report on project budgets, expenses, and financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyse financial and operational data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Talent & People Support

• Work closely with the talent team to manage recruitment pipelines, onboarding processes, and partner/mentor networks
• Assist in creating and maintaining performance tracking systems for talent placement and management
• Provide administrative and analytical support for talent-related initiatives, including ambassador programs and community engagement

Executive & Technical Support

• Draft briefing notes, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership
• Provide research and technical insights on tools, systems, and best practices
• Support integration of digital platforms and tools across the business
• Manage follow-ups and ensure accountability across projects
