## Title: Technical Assistant to Group CEO

Job Summary

The Technical Assistant serves as the primary point of contact and support to the Group CEO. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Group CEO's office and providing comprehensive technical and administrative support. The successful candidate will enhance the Group CEO's efficiency and productivity in managing day-to-day business operations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Liaison with the Board and management staff on behalf of the Group CEO, reviewing extensive documentation to prioritize items requiring the CEO's direct attention
  • Represent the Group CEO at meetings, document resolutions and action items, and provide detailed meeting summaries
  • Manage the Group CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and track action points for execution
  • Travel on official assignments as needed, either independently or accompanying the Group CEO, with flexibility to travel on short notice
  • Maintain professional standards in the Group CEO's office, including staff conduct and office environment management
  • Analyze complex documents including accounting and financial statements, and prepare executive summaries highlighting critical information and required actions
  • Work proficiently with Excel for financial and data analysis
  • Draft business correspondence, proposals, and responses to proposals
  • Monitor travel documentation requirements across different regions, coordinate safety and security arrangements, and provide updates to the Group CEO
  • Provide general administrative support to the Group CEO as needed

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and summarize complex documents
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
