## Title: Tech Sales Executive – B2B Software & Enterprise Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a Tech Sales Executive who understands selling software as a solution, not just as a product. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage business owners, HR managers, hotel operators, and enterprise decision-makers, explain technical products in simple terms, and close deals.

You will be responsible for driving software adoption, onboarding clients, and contributing to Uleval's revenue growth through our expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads for Uleval's software products
  • Sell SaaS and enterprise software to hotels, SMEs, corporates, NGOs, and institutions
  • Conduct product demos and discovery calls with prospects
  • Close new business deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Engagement

  • Understand client business needs and recommend the most suitable Uleval solution
  • Guide prospects through onboarding and handover to technical teams
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and drive renewals and upsells

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay deeply informed about Uleval's products, pricing models, and value propositions
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams
  • Understand competitive landscape and position Uleval effectively

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and support teams
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or internal tracking tools
  • Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or tech products
  • Strong understanding of how business software works (HR systems, POS, management tools, SaaS platforms)
  • Proven ability to sell to decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, HR Managers, Operations Managers)
  • Excellent communication skills
