## Title: Team Lead – Sales (B2C)

Role Purpose

The Team Lead – Sales (B2C) will lead the sales efforts across all B2C channels—our online store, flagship physical location, and third-party retail partners—to maximize revenue, enhance brand presence, and deliver a consistent premium customer experience. This role will be accountable for sales results, team performance, operational execution and channel alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead and drive direct sales engagements and deal closures with high-net-worth individuals and homeowners, both onsite and offsite
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the online store (website/marketplace), the flagship Soundhous Experience store and third-party retail partners to achieve or exceed sales targets, including KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average transaction value, and repeat purchase
  • Ensure the in-store environment (flagship) delivers a premium customer experience through team engagement, store presentation, product knowledge, customer journey mapping, upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with the Head of Retail Operations and other functions (marketing, logistics, product) to ensure channel integration, promotional planning, inventory availability, and a cohesive brand message across all sales touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyse sales data across channels, report performance metrics, identify trends, gaps and opportunities, and translate them into actionable initiatives
  • Manage third-party retail relationships: support partner stores, training, visual merchandising standards, agreed targets, and alignment with the Soundhous Experience brand ethos
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimise online sales performance, including site user experience, product merchandising, digital promotions, customer service, review management, fulfilment and returns process
  • Ensure efficient operational processes including stock management, POS optimisation, and store opening/closing procedures
