We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
  • The Team Lead, Internal Contrd unit is responsible for ensuring the adequacy, and efficiency Of the internal ccntrol systems across an business and operational processes.
  • The ensures compiance with regulatory requirernents, internal policies and proceses, prormtes strong control culture, and supports managerrpnt in saÉguarding assets, preventing fraud, and ensuring accuracy and reliability of fir-Lindal and operational information.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. certifications preferred: ACAV ACCA, CISA, CRMA, CIA, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6—10 years relevant experience in internal control, audit, or risk management, preferably in the hsurance or financial services sector
  • Proven experience in control design, process review, and testing.
  • Strong forniliaritywith NAICOM framework, IFRS, and COSO internal control standards,
