## Title: Team Lead, Business Banking

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Team Lead in Business Banking to lead and manage a high-performing team focused on SME and corporate client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Business Banking Officers sourcing and growing SME and corporate clients
Drive loan portfolio growth through tailored lending solutions for traders, market associations, and SMEs
Cultivate strong relationships with market leaders, associations, and unions to expand market penetration
Monitor portfolio quality, ensure repayment discipline, and maintain credit compliance
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to exceed targets
Represent the bank in market forums and promote financial inclusion

Requirements

BSc/HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in business or SME banking with proven lending expertise
In-depth knowledge of Victoria Island to Lekki markets
Strong credit analysis, lending, and portfolio management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve business growth targets

Salary

N350,000 monthly
