Key Responsibilities

• Understand curriculum requirements and develop syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that align with institutional standards
• Analyze students' learning needs, strengths, and weaknesses to structure differentiated lessons and assessments
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and student populations
• Integrate social skill development into classroom activities and learning experiences
• Prepare students for external examinations including SSCE and JSCE
• Employ 21st-century teaching techniques to create stimulating and effective learning environments

Required Qualifications

• N.C.E, HND, BSC, or Master's degree in the relevant subject field or related discipline
• Proven experience preparing students in private school settings for external examinations (SSCE, JSCE)
• Demonstrated competency in applying 21st-century teaching techniques in classroom and blended learning environments
• Strong social and interpersonal skills essential for effective school community engagement
