About the Role

Rubeth International School is expanding its dynamic team and seeking dedicated, caring, and qualified individuals to join us as Teachers' Aides in our Nursery and Primary School sections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom instruction and daily activities
• Support pupils with learning, play, and personal development activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, and other school activities
• Prepare teaching and learning materials as required
• Support safeguarding and child protection policies at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE qualification (education-related qualification is an added advantage)
• Previous experience working with young children (advantageous)
• Ability to support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing pupils
• Patient, caring, and passionate approach to working with children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy (advantageous)
• Must be resident in Aba, Abia State
