- Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG sector is an advantage.
