## Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Talent Acquisition Officer position based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Forecasting & Strategy

  • Assess organizational hiring needs and implement acquisition strategies
  • Forecast hiring requirements and plan manpower initiatives with Heads of Departments
  • Manage recruitment budgets effectively

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies and oversee full-cycle hiring processes
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and manage agency relationships
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives and attend recruitment events
  • Screen CVs and conduct interviews

Stakeholder Experience

  • Improve recruitment platforms including the HR portal and HR HIVE system
  • Ensure high service standards for all stakeholders
  • Refine recruitment processes for enhanced stakeholder experiences

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate comprehensive reports
  • Develop dashboards for data visualization
  • Conduct surveys to gather insights and inform strategy

Portal Management

  • Update job vacancies on recruitment platforms
  • Track candidates within HR HIVE system
  • Monitor recruitment requisitions
  • Launch and manage recruitment campaigns

Required Qualifications

Education

  • B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Arts, Humanities, or related field
  • Minimum grade: 2.2 or Upper Credit

Experience

  • 4-6 years in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
  • Demonstrated experience in employer branding
  • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
