Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates
• Screen applications and resumes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain and update recruitment databases
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• Recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Must have completed NYSC or be a corp member
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (preferred)
