About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee every stage of our organization's supply chain operations. This role spans from purchasing raw materials through production, storage, and distribution to various outlets. You will ensure products arrive at precisely the right time, coordinate storage to prevent loss or damage, and manage this complex process with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain capabilities in procurement, sourcing, demand planning, storage, distribution, logistics, replenishment, inventory management, and vendor partner relationships
• Create and implement the company's supply chain strategy
• Analyze data from procurement and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and operational issues
• Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records
• Train and guide employees on supply chain procedures
• Identify cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Resolve supply chain issues as they arise
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Develop and implement safety guidelines across all supply chain aspects
• Ensure supply chain processes comply with legal requirements and industry standards
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure profitable deals
• Ensure consistent product availability across all restaurant locations

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar field
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Working experience with relevant supply chain software
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
