## Title: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a Supply Chain Management Advisor position.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across end-to-end SCM functions
Drive adoption and integration of innovative technologies to improve efficiency, safety, and cost performance
Support change management and capability building in new tools, systems, and digital solutions

Provide functional support for existing SCM technologies and platforms, ensuring effective utilization
Champion data integrity, governance, and accuracy across Warehouse, Marine, Aviation, and Facility systems
Generate insights and analytics from SCM data to enable informed decision-making

Lead and support specialized projects in areas such as inventory optimization, warehouse automation, and logistics efficiency
Provide advisory support to operations teams in Marine, Aviation, Warehouse & Materials, and Facilities Management
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of SCM practices with business needs

Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
Build collaborative relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure performance and service quality

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant SCM experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or large-scale industrial operations
Proven track record in process improvement, technology implementation, and change management
Strong knowledge of Warehouse & Materials Management, Aviation, Marine, and Facility Management operations
Demonstrated ability to manage specialized projects and deliver measurable results
