About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to supervise reservoir pump operations and ensure continuous and efficient water supply. In this role, you will oversee pump operators, monitor reservoir levels, manage pump schedules, and coordinate with maintenance teams to guarantee safe and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of reservoir pumps and pump operators
• Monitor reservoir levels and adjust pumping schedules as needed
• Ensure pumps and related equipment are functioning properly
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing
• Maintain operational records and prepare daily reports

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in water utility or pumping operations
• Knowledge of pump systems and basic maintenance practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
