About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor to take charge of daily operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will be firm, observant, and capable of maintaining discipline among staff while upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Ensure staff compliance with procedures, service standards, and company rules
• Monitor goods, stock movement, and usage
• Report shortages, damages, or mismanagement
• Support the accountant in tracking stock and cash-related activities
• Correct staff misconduct and work collaboratively with HR to maintain discipline
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment

Requirements

• HND or BSc in a related field
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management (compulsory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to enforce discipline and maintain standards

• Ability to identify problems quickly and take initiative
