About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. We seek an experienced Supermarket Supervisor to join our Lagos location and lead operations with a focus on customer excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive a warm welcome and exceptional customer service
• Monitor the store to ensure standard hygiene and safety guidelines are adhered to by customers and staff
• Monitor items on shelves and products on display to encourage customer purchases
• Carry out regular checks on stock to prevent damage or theft
• Conduct training and re-training of staff on excellent customer service standards
• Perform daily stock and inventory reconciliation to prevent stockouts
• Drive all team members to attend to customers' needs and requests courteously
• Liaise with the supply chain and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock

Required Qualifications

• OND or HND in social science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a supermarket environment

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to track and manage inventory
