Key Responsibilities

For Subject Teachers:

For House Mistress/Female Hostel Coordinator:

• Provide emotional support and maintain comprehensive student welfare
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and nurturing hostel environment
• Enforce safeguarding protocols and maintain vigilance
• Manage day-to-day hostel operations and coordinate activities
• Enforce rules consistently and maintain order
• Act as a role model and leader for students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.Ed, B.Sc) or H.N.D
• TRCN certification (advantageous)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Commitment to continuous growth and professional development
• Tech-savvy with ability to integrate technology in work
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced work environment
