About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Subject Teacher to join our team. In this position, you will create an aesthetically supportive learning environment that fosters inquiry, creativity, critical thinking, and independence, ensuring learners meet their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects
• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that promotes inquiry and independent thinking
• Identify learners with special requirements and develop individualized learning plans
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse interests and learning styles of students
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote learning and implement best practices
• Monitor student progress and set academic and social targets
• Track assignment and exam grades to provide constructive feedback to learners
• Build trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) in a relevant discipline
• Previous experience as a subject teacher in an international school setting
• Deep understanding of the National English/British curriculum
• Knowledge of various teaching methodologies
