About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join JNC International Limited as a Strategy Manager, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of JNCI's corporate strategy in alignment with Board directives
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable departmental and organizational plans
• Provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to Management
• Conduct market, policy, and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Oversee business intelligence functions, including data analysis, performance tracking, and strategic reporting
• Evaluate new business opportunities and healthcare initiatives for sustainability and impact
• Drive organizational transformation, business process improvement, and change management initiatives
• Support departmental heads with strategic guidance to ensure alignment with corporate goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Management, or Consulting
• At least 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and research skills with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and operations
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business intelligence, and change management
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making, financial forecasting, and performance reporting

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with Power BI and the Balanced Scorecard
