## Title: Strategy Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and execution-focused Strategy Assistant to join Kloverharris Limited as part of the Executive Office. This role works directly with the Managing Partner, supporting strategic planning, operational coordination and executive effectiveness across the firm.

The successful candidate will help translate leadership priorities into structured action plans, ensure follow-through across teams, and support the Managing Partner in maintaining focus on high-impact initiatives.

This position sits at the centre of the firm's operating rhythm and combines elements of strategy support, executive coordination, performance tracking and project management. This is a developmental role for an individual with strong potential to grow into a future Chief of Staff position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning and operational coordination for senior leadership
  • Translate leadership priorities into structured action plans
  • Ensure follow-through and accountability across teams
  • Track performance on high-impact initiatives
  • Coordinate projects and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Maintain executive effectiveness and operational focus

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in business management, consulting, or operations within a financial services or strategy-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to work
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or postgraduate qualification
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Proficiency in macOS Keynote, Numbers and Pages
