Storekeeper (Finished Goods Warehouse) at Apple and Pears Limited

About the Role

Apple and Pears Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the Finished Goods Warehouse of our food manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse management, stock handling, and documentation within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control, timely order dispatch, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Finished Goods Warehouse
• Receive finished products from production and update inventory records accurately
• Issue products for dispatch based on approved sales orders and delivery schedules
• Maintain up-to-date stock records and perform periodic cycle counts and reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and product damage
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and arrangement of goods to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams for smooth product movement
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety procedures, and compliance with GMP and company standards
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
• Operate warehouse tools and systems (inventory software, scanners, etc.) efficiently

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–4 years' experience in warehouse or finished goods management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and documentation
• Excellent organizational, numerical, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle physically demanding tasks
• Must reside in Sagamu or nearby environs
