We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Description
  • We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team.
  • The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely allocation of materials to the production team, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be willing to learn inventory management software.
Key Responsibilities
  • Willingness to learn and operate Erp systems.
  • Keep accurate records of all raw materials, tools, and finished products in the store.
  • Ensure timely distribution of materialsand other production materials to the manufacturing team
  • Keep the storage area clean, well-arranged, and properly labeled
  • Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing stock, including invoices and delivery notes
  • Prevent theft and misappropriation of store items by implementing proper security measures
  • Work closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strong Leadership skills- Supervise and manage assistant storekeepers.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 inventory experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
  • EXperience in manufacturing or furniture environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to track stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate reorders.
  • Physical fitness to handle materials and inventory when needed.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
