About the Role

Perfection Motor Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory operations and maintain warehouse efficiency in our Lagos facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming spare parts orders to ensure part numbers and descriptions match physical inventory, confirming accuracy against waybills and shipping documents
• Process outgoing spare parts orders accurately and ensure dispatch documents comply with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain labeling on spare parts and upkeep all bin storage area signage
• Conduct inventory control and reporting, including accurate stock counts as directed by the spares department supervisor
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols within the store
• Organize and maintain physical documentation and file systems
• Perform regular audits of workshop tools and report damaged or missing parts to the supervisor
• Monitor receipt of purchased parts and reconcile inventory with mechanics and service team

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate III in Warehouse (preferred, not essential)
• Proven experience in a similar storekeeper or warehouse position
• Knowledge of truck spares and goods movement
• In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise
• Computer literacy with proficiency in inventory management software or MS Office applications
• Familiarity with point of sale software
