Storekeeper - Hebron Foods Global Nigeria Limited, Lagos

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: The Storekeeper is responsible for the proper receiving, storage, issuing, and documentation of all items in the store. The role ensures effective stock control, prevents losses, and guarantees timely availability of materials to support smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and record all incoming goods and supplies.

• Ensure proper storage of items according to category and safety standards.

• Issue stock based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.

• Keep up-to-date inventory records using stock cards or inventory systems.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.

• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damages, or expired items promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the store at all times.

• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports as required.

Required Qualifications: & Requirements:

• Minimum of BSC/HND/ONDor equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management is an advantage.

• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
