POSITION SUMMARY The Store Officer will be responsible for handling warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring proper inventory management and workplace safety. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.

• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch spare parts accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts.

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and security standards. Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.

• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities.

• BSc/HND Degree in any related discipline.

• Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
