Store Manager (Fashion and Concept Store)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our exclusive concept store. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, inventory expertise, and a genuine passion for contemporary fashion and design. You will be responsible for driving sales, curating the customer experience, managing stock, and leading a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end customer experience
• Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and ensure effective visual merchandising that aligns with brand aesthetics
• Sales & Client Relationships: Drive sales targets, build lasting client relationships, and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate store staff, fostering a positive and productive environment
• Budget & Reporting: Monitor store performance, control expenses, and provide regular sales and inventory reports
• Vendor & Product Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and brands for new collections, deliveries, and exclusive launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years in retail management, preferably within fashion, luxury, or concept retail
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, designers, and product curation
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and stock control processes
• Proven ability to lead a team, drive sales, and manage staff schedules
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to premium service
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
