Store Account Officer at JMG

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Store Account Officer to manage store-related financial entries, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse operations. This role involves posting installation jobs and engineer transfers on Microsoft Dynamics AX, along with coordinating activities between stores and production departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Post all installation jobs and engineer transfers on Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Handle all store-related entries and postings in the accounting system
• Perform periodic account reconciliations to ensure warehouses are balanced
• Prepare transfers and journal entries
• Carry out daily reporting and supervision of store activities, pending deliveries, and sales orders
• Coordinate activities between stores and production departments
• Maintain proper documentation of all transactions
• Perform daily filing for all posted transactions
• Report unsafe acts, conditions, or procedures in the workplace
• Participate in fire and emergency drills
• Participate in incident reporting and investigation when necessary
• Ensure adherence to company policies and IMS responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, CMA, or other relevant certifications
