We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Stock Officer to support warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper stock management practices. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates or individuals with up to one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect CKD goods to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
  • Track inventory movement and maintain up-to-date stock records Implement and monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation practices
  • Organize warehouse space for optimal storage, efficiency, and accessibility
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits
  • Reconcile physical stock counts with system data and investigate discrepancies
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inventory activities
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Minimum of BSc or HND in a relevant field
  • Entry level or 1 year of relevant experience in stock, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • Computer savvy with basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
